How do I access my courses?
- Log into your account
- Go to My Courses in the dashboard
- Click on the course you want to start to continue
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the Login Page -> click Forgot Password
- Follow instructions to reset your password via email.
- If you do not recieve an email, check your junk/spam folders
- Contact support if you still haven't received an email
Can I access courses on mobile devices?
- Yes! Tatonga's LMS is mobile friendly and works on all tablets and smartphones
Progress & Certificates
Can I retake a course if I fail?
- Yes, most courses will have multiple attempts to achieve 80%
- Check the course page descriptions to see how many attempts you are allowed
- Contact support if you are unable to complete a quiz or lesson
How do I get my course certificate?
- After completing all required lessons and quizzes, the certificate should become available on the course page
- Download it from the top of the Course Page
Payment & Billing
Is my payment secure?
- Absolutely. We use SSL Encryption and do not store credit card information on our servers
- All transactions are handled by our secure payment processors
What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit/debit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
